Final blog.

Hannah is one of the main characters in my book. She is the girl who made the tapes, sent them out and committed suicide. Clay is the other main character who is listening to the tapes and going to all the places she marked on the map. I believe Hannah could have changed the way her life ended if she would have just opened her mouth and talked to someone. Maybe she would still remember all the stories and she would still be depressed about everything going on but she would have been alive at least. She could have changed so many stories if she would have just taken a chance. She could have lived, she could have saved a life, not only hers but the girl who got raped with her in the room, she could have been happy and made Clay happy. Just one word could have changed everything in her life and other.
I can relate very much to this book. I've had friends that have committed suicide and one of them actually wrote me a note and told me about how they didn't understand how i didn't realize they loved me and wanted me to be their's. I didn't see the signs, they weren't obvious. So i do understand Clay's side of the story, cause i know how bad it hurts to lose someone you really do love and wanna be with. Its not easy to hear from someone that has already passed they you are part of the reason they aren't here. Just like Clay i wasn't the blame but i was part of the reason of depression. The depression from Patrick (my friends) life was much more then he had ever talked about. Hannah just never opened up to anyone enough for anyone to know and save her life. That is one life that could still be here.
This book is all a very realistic book. Every story in her can be related to. Parties, school, dating, friendship, suicide, happiness, depression, everything. In Thirteen Reasons Why Hannah, is a very depressed teen who goes through a lot of stuff on a daily basis. She did commit suicide due to the things people did and said to her, whether you know someone or knew someone who committed suicide, suicide is a lot more common then the average person thinks. And even the littlest thing can push a person off the building or that chair they are standing on with the rope around there neck. Parties are also very common to teenagers, whether you are a straight edged person or you party, parties are still there. This whole entire book is very realistic to any teenage life.

thirteen reasons why, 2

I am still reading the book Thirteen Reasons Why. By this point Clay has found out why he was in the tapes, even though he isn't in there for a bad reason he is still upset. He is in the tapes because of a night at a party, they went to another room and started making out and he left her in the room because she got upset and told him to leave. He now feels bad because she was upset and he left anyways. Now his feelings for her are starting to spice up and he is realizing he now cant do anything about it. He is just sitting in Tony's (another Character in the tapes) car just listening to these tapes. i only have about 30 pages left and i cant wait to hear the end and see what other stories she has.

Thirteen Reasons Why

I am reading Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. I am only about half way through this book but so far it is a very good book but kind of sad. It is about a girl who has already committed suicide and made tapes before she killed herself about the reasons why she was about to do it. There are 13 people who helped push her to commit suicide. The tapes that she makes are sent out to the 13 people that gave her a reason to kill herself. The guy that is listening to these tapes and following her rules actually has a crush on her. She didn't know about it and he got the tapes sent to him. He is extremely sad and confused of why he got these tapes sent to them. Maybe if he would have told her how he felt and explained he didn't want her for the rumors then maybe she would have been saved.
